Breakfast with freshly made eggs was lovely.

Beatifully presented. Enthusiastic and very helpful and informative owner. Quiet spot, but right in old city.

The room was stunning. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge as it was our honeymoon. The room looked brand new and included lovely wine glasses, an expresso machine, fridge, sofa, comfortable bed and two TVs. There was also a lovely jacuzzi bath. Everything was perfect. Ana and all her staff were fabulous. They were kind and friendly, with lots of suggestions for places us to see in Rethymno and the surrounding area. The breakfasts were wonderful, with a large choice of Greek pastries, fruit, and cereal. The staff made us feel at home, and were always there to help us with beach towels or directions to lovely restaurants. All in all, a fantastic place to stay, and thoroughly recommended.

The service was excellent! Eva and the team. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast in the courtyard was delicious. The only downside was the late breakfast timing 😊

Casa Moazzo offers a good experience, highlighted by its immaculate cleanliness and unique Venetian architecture. The Junior Suite featured beautiful decor and a cozy sitting area. Starting mornings in the good courtyard garden for breakfast was a highlight, with an ample selection including local pastries and fresh orange juice. The staff, especially Anna, provided personalized recommendations, made exploring Rethymno enjoyable. The breakfast timing began at 8:30. Securing parking during peak hours posed a challenge, despite the proximity of several options nearby. A lovely stay but could improve on breakfast timing and parking clarity.

Friendly and very personable service by Anna and her family. Clean and very charming apartment is perfectly located in the Old Town. I loved that we had our own private entry into our room via a private courtyard.

Oh, such a lovely place, but wait, is the nearby church really necessary? Those bells rang at the oddest times. And let's not forget the water pressure in the shower, it was barely a drizzle. I almost expected a complimentary gift for such inconvenience, but alas, no red carpet treatment for me. Disappointing!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite, and everything was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the courtyard was fantastic. The staff, especially Eva, were pretty good with recommendations for dining. I felt pampered 😊

The rooms are spacious and very well designed. The staff are friendly and extremely helhelpful. This is one of the best hotel stay experience i have so far and it has raised the bar for my future hotel stays.

The apartment is very large and charming with its old Venetsian flavor. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable in recommended the best of Crete for your stay. Very nice memories from our stay.

The owners were exceptionally nice, the room was very beatifully decorated and confortable. Location was also very good, in a venetian house in the old town.

Recommend it for couples looking for tranquility

We really felt at home! Anna, she was like family, always asking if we needed anything. She even arranged our parking! Breakfast was fine too, fresh orange juice and a variety of local foods, enjoyed it in this beautiful garden setting.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.
